The man accused of murdering Toyah Cordingley at a beach near Cairns in 2018 will face trial again this year.
Rajwinder Singh is accused of murdering 24-year-old Toyah Cordingley at Wangetti Beach in 2018. He plead not guilty to murder earlier this month- which was abandoned after the jury could not reach a verdict earlier this month.
News Corp reports he will have a new barrister, and a Brisbane Justice Lincoln Crowley will preside over the trial.

The retrial has been set for November 10, 2025.
