A man has been hospitalised with life threatening injuries after a fall at a popular Far North Queensland swimming spot.
Paramedics were called to Crystal Cascades in Redlynch, at around 3.00pm yesterday, after the man reportedly fell up to three metres off a ledge.
He was taken to Cairns Hospital in a life-threatening condition with a head injury.
