Police are appealing for footage and public information following break-ins at Gordonvale.
At around 1.00am on Monday a man confronted another man who was allegedly attempting to break into his home on Klarwein Close.
Police say the offender then allegedly threw a wrench at the man, hitting him in the chest , before fleeing the scene.

The young man was described as being of First Nations appearance with medium length hair, wearing shorts and a t-shirt.
Around an hour later another home on Klarwien Close was broken into, with a vehicle and other property stolen.
