Appeals for public information after woman assaulted at Earlville

Investigations are ongoing into the assault of a woman outside a shopping centre at Earlville.

Police say shortly before 6.00am on Saturday a man assaulted a woman outside the Mulgrave Road business.

The man is described as First Nations in appearance, slim build, walks with a limp, and was wearing a dark coloured cap with a dark blue t-shirt and light grey coloured shorts.

Anyone who knows the man, or who has further information, is urged to contact police.
