A total of four teenagers have now been charged, after rocks were allegedly thrown at the Kuranda Scenic Railway Train.
It comes after a 5-year-old boy was left seriously injured, when a rock came through the window of the train at Cairns North on Saturday.
The Japanese boy who was visiting Cairns with his family suffered a fracture to his skull and was airlifted to Townsville University Hospital.
He has since discharged.
Four fourteen year olds have been charged with one count of endangering the safety of a person in a vehicle with intent.
Two of the boys were arrested on October 21, while the other two 14-year-old boys were arrested on October 23.
One of them, a Cairns North boy has been remanded in custody and is due to reappear in the Cairns Childrens Court on November 5.
A Mooroobool boy is expected to reappear in the Cairns Childrens Court on November 28.
The other Cairns North boy and an Earlville boy have been remanded in custody to appear in the Cairns Childrens Court today, October 24.
Investigations are ongoing.
